All payments made to OutreachOS for access to the OutreachOS software and related services are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or credits for:
• Partial subscription periods
• Unused time in your billing cycle
• Downgrades, cancellations, or non-use of the service
• Promotional or discounted pricing

By completing a purchase, you agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, except where required by applicable law.

2. 14-Day Free Trial

Before starting a paid subscription, you can use our 14-day free trial to evaluate whether OutreachOS meets your needs.

We strongly encourage you to test all essential features during this trial period, as all subsequent paid subscriptions and renewals are non-refundable.

3. Billing Issues & Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing error (for example, an incorrect charge or duplicate charge), please contact us at info@outreachos.tech.

We will review the issue and correct any verified billing errors.

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first may result in suspension or termination of your OutreachOS account.

4. Legal Exceptions

If the laws in your country require refunds in specific situations, we will comply with those legal obligations.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
