Clear terms for our beta access and future paid plans. We believe in transparency about billing and refunds.
1. Beta Access
OutreachOS is currently in free beta testing. All beta users can access the Service without payment. Enjoy full features during our testing phase.
2. Payments
When OutreachOS goes live, paid plans will be introduced. At that time, all pricing and billing details will be clearly displayed before any payment is required. We use secure payment processors like Paddle.
3. Refunds
When paid plans are available, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed through Paddle in accordance with their buyer terms. We encourage users to carefully review plans during any trial period before upgrading to a paid plan.
4. Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the app or by contacting us at info@outreachos.tech. After cancellation, access will remain until the end of the current billing period.
